GASTRONOMY TOUR

Lima is known as the city with the richest diversity of gastronomy in the world.

We will visit Surquillo district’s market, which is frequented by famous chefs, where we will learn about the ingredients used to prepare Peruvian food. We will taste native fruits such as lucuma, aguaymanto, pacae, among others, we will also visit “Chocomuseo” where you will taste the cocoa, then we will arrive to an emblematic restaurant where you will have a cooking class with a professional chef and bartender, you will learn to prepare our famous ceviche and the famous pisco sour, the most representative dish and drink of Peru. Finally you will enjoy a buffet lunch.
